About the event
Strong organizations depend on informed, prepared, and effective leaders. This introductory workshop is designed for new and emerging classified labor leaders who want to better understand the responsibilities, opportunities, and impact of leadership within their union or association.
Participants will gain practical insight into the fundamentals of labor leadership, effective representation, communication, problem-solving, and how strong local leadership contributes to stronger outcomes for classified employees.
